Pastor Dennis Shaw’s Office Schedule
Pastor Dennis’ normal office schedule is Tuesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. If you need assistance, please, call the church (576-0005) and leave a message for him to get back with you. Emergencies – call him on his cell phone at 290-6911. Pastor Dennis exclusive email is dennis.shaw.at.rmcumc.org. Only he sees that email. The other church accounts are open to others.

Meeting Schedule for Church Committees
Finance Committee- Once a quarter on the first Sunday of the third month, for no more than one hour at approximately 12:15. Next meeting is September 5th, 2010. The church financials are posted on the bulletin board as soon as they are available.
Church Council – Normally twice a quarter, on a first Sunday of the first two months of a quarter, for no more than one hour at approximately 12:15. Open to all. Our next scheduled meeting is October 3rd, 2010 at the “normal” time.
Executive Leadership Team- Before choir for an hour at 5:00 on the last Wednesday of the month. Would prefer the meeting to be "closed" unless you coordinate in advance with Jerry, Jackie, Brian, Jimo, or Pastor Dennis please. Next meeting is one week early on September 29th, 2010.
Staff Parish Relations Committee- The fourth Sunday of each month at 12:15. SPR are "closed" meetings by Book of Discipline. Next meeting is September 26th, 2010.
Trustees- Our next regular meeting is Tuesday, September 21st at 6:30 PM.
